At Disability Support Project, we are committed to providing high-quality online courses and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Fulfillment & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding course delivery, refunds, and cancellations for all courses sold through our platform.


Fulfillment Policy

Upon successful purchase of any online course, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your purchase. This will include:

  1. For Live Courses Delivered via Microsoft Teams:
    • Access details, including the Microsoft Teams meeting link will be sent 24 hours prior to the course starting.
    • Course schedule and any required materials.
    • Instructions on how to join the live session.
    • All live course materials will be available before or during the session as communicated.
  2. For On-Demand Courses:
    • Immediate access to the course materials via a unique link.
    • Instructions on how to navigate and complete the course at your own pace.
    • All course content is accessible forever.

If you do not receive access, please contact us at training@dsp.net.au to resolve any issues.


Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  1. For Live Courses:
    • Refund Requests: A full refund will be issued if requested at least 7 days before the start of the live session. Refund requests made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
    • Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a live course, you may request to reschedule to a future session (subject to availability) if requested at least 48 hours before the course begins.
  2. For On-Demand Courses:
    • Refund Requests: Refunds for on-demand courses can be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
    • No Refunds: Refunds are not available once more than 10% of the course has been viewed or accessed.
  3. Course Cancellations by Disability Support Project:
    • If we cancel a live session or are unable to provide the course for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To request a refund or reschedule, please contact us at training@dsp.net.au with your order number and details of your request. We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
