Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Disability Training Group

What is the difference between live and on demand training?
Live training is delivered at a scheduled time via video — participants attend and interact in real time. On demand training is pre-recorded and available to start immediately after enrolment, at any time. Some courses are available in both formats. The SIL Registration and Compliance Readiness Workshop is currently offered as a live online session.
Are certificates issued on completion?
Yes. Completion certificates are issued through the Disability Training Group platform (powered by LearnWorlds) on successful completion of each course. These can be saved and used as evidence in your training registers and worker compliance records.
Can I enrol my whole team?
Yes. Team and provider licences are available for organisations wanting to enrol multiple staff. Contact us to discuss pricing and access options for your team size and training requirements.
Is Disability Training Group connected to Disability Support Project?
Yes. Disability Training Group is powered by Disability Support Project Pty Ltd (ABN 93 661 171 151), a registered NDIS provider. The training company is built on the same operational experience that informs DSP's documents and consulting services.
Do these courses count as formal qualifications?
No. Disability Training Group courses are practical professional development and operational training — they are not accredited qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). They are designed to build practical capability, support compliance and strengthen operational systems within NDIS service delivery environments.
When will new courses be available?
New courses are being developed across all four divisions. The current priority is SIL and compliance training aligned with the 1 July 2026 mandatory registration deadline. Sign up on the training platform to be notified when new courses are released.
